Diego Pellicer Seattle was the first of the Diego family of stores to open its doors. Diego Pellicer Seattle had its grand opening in Washington state on October 16, 2016. It is a stand-alone retail store who currently employs 18 people. Since its opening, the store has generated more than $5.5 million dollars in revenue. Diego Pellicer’s Seattle location is just blocks from the Seattle Seahawks football stadium and minutes from downtown.

Diego Colorado launched its first flagship store, located at 2949 W Alameda Ave, Denver, CO 80219, on February 14, 2017 (Valentine’s Day). Its store is a free standing, storefront building with abundant parking, signage and high traffic counts. Diego Colorado operates under both retail, also known as recreational, and medical licenses in the city of Denver, Colorado. Since it’s opening, Diego Colorado has shown a 152.52% growth in sales, with an average sales growth of 37% per month. Diego Colorado has also been awarded Best Retail Store and has maintained a 4.9 Star average rating on all online platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook, Leafly, Weedmaps).

The cultivation facility is the cornerstone of any cannabis operation. Diego Colorado currently operates three cultivation facilities. Diego cultivation facilities are licensed for retail and medical plant cultivation and have a combined square footage of 31,566. The Diego cultivation facility on Jason Street is 13,000 sqft with 195 flowering hoods and a current production rate of at least 2.25 lbs/light. The second Diego cultivation facility is located on Elizabeth St. It is 18,566 sqft, of which 15,600 sqft (Unit 1) is dedicated to cultivation, has 106 flowering hoods.

Harvesting perpetually, Diego cultivation facilities combined can currently produce on average 6,480 pounds annually. Diego cultivation facilities utilize the most advanced technologies. These technologies allow for more precise and controlled cultivation as well as more available time for staff to operate.
